Marketing Strategy Specialist

he Marketing Strategist will focus on developing and executing marketingcampaigns and tactics to increase the visibility of the IPM brand. The Marketing Strategist willapply his/her expertise to continually measure whether our messaging resonates with the intended audience and exercise his/her marketing acumen to enhance existing plans, approaches, and tactics. Primary Responsibilities and Duties: Develop and help execute integrated content and digital marketing campaigns to support the yearly marketing plan and the Company's strategic goals.  Provide insight and support to the creation of the corporate marketing strategy and comprehensive marketing plan that includes dissemination of our value proposition through multiple platforms.  Participate in the evaluation of opportunities in new industries and the planning of new service offerings.  Develop digital marketing strategies to enhance brand awareness, promote reputation, and drive prospective client and prospective talent engagement using various digital advertising tactics.  Collaborate with marketing and creative services, as well as cross functional, teams to execute marketing tactics. Use marketing analytics to measure the effectiveness of marketing channels and provide valuable insights and recommendations.  Oversee the application and measurement of IPM's marketing automation system. Lead efforts to develop and execute IPM's social media strategy and research new platforms for IPM to successfully penetrate our target markets. Required Skills and Knowledge: Bachelor's degree in marketing, communications, or related studies At least 5 years' strategic marketing experience, preferably in a B2B (professional services) environment Experience in supporting business-to-business sales and marketing practices, preferably in professional services. Extensive applied knowledge of digital and social marketing, including marketing automation systems, SEM/SEO, and paid search platforms (Google AdWords, etc.)  Experience creating content across multiple mediums (web, digital, video, social, etc.) designed to generate engagement.  Ability to analyze effectiveness of campaigns to verify that goals were met. Experience with web analytics tools.

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
