Application Software Systems Engineer

esponsibilities include but are not limited to: Developing vehicle control system software architectures and application solutions. Developing closed loop control algorithms and related software control logic. Generation of software requirements, software development and test specifications consistent with the vehicle controls development processes and procedures of the CE Product Line. Modular software design and implementation in support of unit test, module integration test, and integration with the hardware for software verification. Defining the test concepts and cases (stimuli/results) for the verification of the implemented control algorithms. Supporting vehicle tuning and testing with application software solutions. Defining architecture and applications software design requirements based on HW controller limitations. Designing, developing, testing, and debugging application software components, software tools, and utilities. Required Qualifications The qualified candidate will have: BS degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering or Electronics Engineering. 3 plus years of experience in the design of embedded control software 3 plus years of programming C (++) code, and structured software programming. Must be willing to travel up to 5% domestic and international. The preferred candidate will have: Model-Based Design experience using MATLAB Simulink/Stateflow and Automatic code generation with dSPACE Targetlink or Mathworks Real-Time Workshop. Ability to perform hands-on vehicle diagnostics, data collection, and troubleshooting of software and systems. Excellent communication skills to assist in inter-departmental relationships and problem solving. Experience with SAE J1939 CAN protocol ETAS INCA and National Instruments VeriStand/Measurement Studio/LabVIEW Electrohydraulic vehicle system experience. Experience working in a real-time operating system Experience using CAN based Vector tools such as: Canalyzer or Canoe Experience in virtual prototyping (MIL/ SIL/HIL) Experience with Electro-Hydraulics control systems Demonstrated technical leadership and organization/control skills. Experience in performing software configuration management (i.e. performing software builds and releases.) Experience designing on or off-road vehicle SW, including electro-hydraulic systems (as used in the Construction Equipment applications) Experience with operation of off-road vehicles such as construction or Agricultural equipment. The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
