Project Manager Strategy

Job Introduction: GENERAL SUMMARY   The incumbent is responsible for providing project management oversight for the assigned strategic initiatives, overseeing that all aspects of the project management process are completed in accordance with the respective goals.  The Project Manager ensures projects are delivered on time and within budget, escalating issues as needed to the Director of Business Transformation.  Further, the Project Manager will ensure projects are effectively resourced, managing relationships across a wide-range of project contributors.  The Project Manager will provide feedback and guidance to Project Contributors, the Director of Business Transformation, and the Executive Team regarding the strategy and approach to achieve the business goals of the respective projects and G4S. Role Responsibility: The project manager is responsible for managing and leading all aspects of multiple projects simultaneously to include but not limited to the following: Developing and maintaining detailed project plans. Developing and presenting project charters. Developing and presenting a business plan if a project requires. Identifying project contributors and form project teams based on strategic goal of respective projects. Preparing for, conducting and guiding project collaborations. Managing project deliverables within the project plans. Recording collaboration minutes and managing action items to include escalating as required. Managing project scopes and change control to include escalating as required. Monitoring project progress and performance. Making informed project decisions as well as form decision teams when needed. Providing regular updates to Project and Executive Sponsors and Senior Leadership as required. Ensuring that all activities on the project are conducted in such a way that protects company assets and adheres to company values, policies and procedures. Developing project presentations as needed and presenting to stakeholders. Project Management Professional Certification is preferred. Providing financial forecasts to accounting as needed. Other duties as assigned bysupervision. Don't Be Fooled

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
