The Service Technician will be responsible for troubleshooting, repairing, testing, and calibrating products returned from customers due to warranty claims and/or time and material repairs.The technician must have the ability to disassemble the units, identify the problem, replace defective parts, and document the outcome on an RMA formThe technician must be able to perform these functions, including repackaging the product for return
Responsibilities:
o The technician must have the ability to disassemble Charger/Tester units, identify potential problems, and replace defective partso Document the outcome on an RMA formo The technician must be able to re-packaging the product for returno Perform other duties as required and assigned by leadership
Qualifications:
