Accurate data entry of time sensitive material will also be a necessary requirement.
This position requires a high degree of professionalism.
Candidates at the end of training must be able to discuss all aspects of the Health and Welfare Plan including eligibility with the caller.
Difficult and sensitive issues may be discussed during the phone call or in person.
The candidate cannot be reserved about any topics of conversation.
The candidate must be able to explain in detail the different Health and Welfare Plans.
Once a candidate is trained, they must be able to work independently.
SKILLS:
Knowledge of medical terminology is required.
Knowledge of Salesforce or other CRM tools is a plus, but not required.
Professional demeanor Strong communication/phone skills Must be detail oriented.
Ability to handle multiple tasks in a fast-paced setting.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Ability to work with other departments as necessary.
Maintain a pleasant and professional demeanor on the phone and face to face.
Proficient in Microsoft Word and Excel Be able to work Saturday overtime when scheduled.

High School diploma or equivalent 3 - 5 years of prior customer service experience required Salary:
