Summary:
This position plays a key role in developing and executing the dealership-level marketing strategy/activities for their assigned dealerships.
The Local Store Marketing Coordinator reports to the Marketing Manager.
Responsibilities:
- CommunicationWork alongside the Marketing Department and Dealer Leadership (General Manager and Department Managers) to ensure a local marketing plan is documented in the marketing calendar to drive the business for each locationDevelop and maintain relationships with the local community, riding groups, and vendors to promote the dealership's businessGather, report, and share best practices and after-action reviews of marketing activities- Retail EnvironmentPerform weekly visits to all assigned dealerships to review POP kits, in-store collateral, and overall dealership readinessManage requests from local dealerships for POP kits, online content, and eventsMaintain brand standards and creative guidelines- EventsPerform dealership SWOT analyses to develop a quarterly event strategyDevelop and ensure delivery of dealership-specific event programming to generate traffic and brand awarenessCoordination of creative materials for all events, on and offsite, for each dealership- Any Other Duties as Assigned
Qualifications:
Motorcycle KnowledgeBachelor's Degree in Marketing or related field preferredDemonstrated leadership abilitySelf-starting, self-directing, and proactive Windy City Motorcycle Company is an equal employment opportunity employer.
