About the Position :
This is a terrific opportunity for a dependable, self-motivated process engineer to collaborate with the team here in the USA and Europe.
The person in this position willsupport the scheduling, order processing, customer communications, and the successful deployment of robot systems for CNC machine shops.

Responsibilities:
Responsible for leading robot delivery processing, standard operating procedures, databases, and documentation.
Responsible for all team communications with our account executives, distributor partners and customers via phone, virtual meetings, and email.
Responsible for coordinating with the sales team, engineering, and customers the successful preparation, delivery, and integration of robot solutions.
Reports to our engineering manager daily.
Responsible for the successful on-time completion of installations with a measurable impact on process efficiency, cost saving, and profitability.
Responsible for operating scheduling software daily and communicating to the team any scheduling issues or challenges.
Responsible for the purchasing of key products required for successful robot/CNC machine integration.
Responsible for product importing and shipments to customer facilities throughout North America.
MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS:
Bachelor's degree in engineering with two (2) years industrial experience.
Excellent organizational and communication skills.
Strong computer skills including knowledge of Microsoft-based products, particularly Excel, Word, Teams, SharePoint, and PowerPoint.
Ability to read and understand mechanical layout drawings.
Ability to establish and maintain good communication with the sales team, engineers, in-house accounting, distributor partners, importers, transportation/shipping partners, and end-user customers.
Analytical skill to identify scheduling constraints such as product availability, personnel availability, and required tools for on-site installation.
Must be dependable in meeting deadlines, completing duties, and coordination of delivering robots to customer sites on time.
