A motivated marketing professional with a self-starter attitude and the ability to collaborate with a team would thrive in this position.
Centered in the Marketing Department at our Willowbrook, IL location, this person will assist in crafting and executing our social media strategy, social agency relations, and more, as well as be involved in content, community management, reporting, and overall campaign strategy.
This position will report to the Director of Marketing.
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS Assisting in the creation and execution a social media strategy across platforms including but not limited to Instagram, X (Twitter), Facebook, Threads, TikTok, and LinkedIn Working alongside existing social media resources (agencies, designers, etc.
) to ensure all platforms are being optimized Community management across all platforms; ensuring comments, messages, and other interactions are properly addressed and responses to customers are handled in a timely manner Assisting in the existing YouTube content strategy and working alongside production resources to repurpose long-form content via platform best practices Concepting and executing new ideas to maximize engagement and conversion across all platforms Creating, monitoring, and reporting on social media advertising campaigns as needed Creating content for various platforms as needed using Adobe Creative Suite Tracking and reporting on the social media presence of other key players in the industry Working alongside existing digital marketing resources (agencies, etc.
) to ensure alignment and best practices in social media advertising Tracking, organizing, and reporting on the social media calendars, content success, platform growth, and other KPIs Managing project deadlines internally and externally Staying informed on trends, changes, and additions to social media platforms to keep the Club Champion brand ahead of the game Other tasks as necessary EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE REQUIRED Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Journalism or related field preferred 4-6 years of relatable hands-on experience preferred Expert level understanding of social media platforms as used for business Understanding of SEO and web metrics/analytics An interest in golf Detail-oriented with strong organization and time management skills Strong writing and verbal skills required Proficiency in Microsoft Office Experience with social software like Sprout Social or Hootsuite preferred Interest/talent in photography is preferred Work samples highlighting previous social success is a plus KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS, AND ABILITIES See above WORK ENVIRONMENT Corporate team environment SUPERVISORY RESPONSIBILITIES N/A EQUIPMENT USED TO PERFORM JOB Computer Social media management software Word processing software PHYSICAL ABILITIES N/A #INDAJ Assisting in the creation and execution a social media strategy across platforms including but not limited to Instagram, X (Twitter), Facebook, Threads, TikTok, and LinkedIn Working alongside existing social media resources (agencies, designers, etc.

Estimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.
