We currently have multiple clinics and are continually growing and adding more.
We are looking for qualified people who are interested in joining an integrated and multidisciplinary team.
As a Front Desk/Chiropractic & Acupuncture Assistant, you are the face of the organization.
We are seeking people who have a pleasant demeanor, excellent customer service skills, a good attitude, and who are skilled in handling a wide array of duties and competing priorities.
Assisting with acupuncture requires preparing rooms for patients, stocking supplies and cleaning cups used in treatment.
Strong communication skills, computer skills, and attention to detail are required.
Our clinics are fast paced and require the ability to stand for long periods of time.
Due to the nature of working in healthcare, maintaining a high degree of professionalism and confidentiality are crucial.
Job Duties/
Responsibilities:
Greet patients on arrival and handle check-in and check-out functions Collect necessary new patient or updated health forms from patients Answer phones, schedule and confirm appointments and follow up on missed appointments Collect payments Assists acupuncturist with patients Cleans rooms and cups after treatment and prepares rooms for the next patientHandle insurance verification and follow up on claim submittals if necessary Keeping the office flowing with minimal waiting for the patient Prepare for the day's appointments Assist in scheduling for other services that may be recommended as part of the treatment plan Attend required daily/weekly meetings Complete compliance training Other duties as assigned For more details about Curis Functional Health, please go to www.
